The White's Dri-Foot Series was carefully developed with the sole goal of building a waterproof/breathable boot that remains true to White's proven commitment to "Made in the USA" handcrafted quality. The White's Dri-Foot Series incorporates a waterproof yet breathable Hill-tex liner that shileds the foot from water yet allows perspiration to escape. Because all White's Dri-Foot Series boots are handcrafted at their factory in Spokane, WA., they are completely rebuildable for years of service - a significant advantage of less-expensive machine built boots.
The first model available in the new White's Dri-Foot Series is the Outdoorsman. The Outdoorsman is built on a last incorporating a flatter arch and lower heel than traditional White's boots, and will fit a wider range of people. Because the Outdoorsman has been designed with the hunter in mind, it is also built a bit lighter than the traditional White's but, because of it's all leather construction, without a sacrifice in durability. While the Outdoorsman has been designed for the hunter, it is equally at home in any work environment where waterproofing is desirable.
